Meta Ads
Facebook and Instagram built for profit, not for engagement screenshots.
- Account structure and test plan
- Creative angles that actually differ
- Pixel, CAPI and event tracking
- Retargeting that does not annoy
DigitalChaal runs paid media, creative and automation for growing brands in the US, UK and Australia. One strategy, specialist teams, and reporting your accountant would recognise.
30 minutes. We show you what we would change and in what order. You keep the notes whether or not you hire us.
Most brands we meet are not short of effort. They are short of a single plan. The ads say one thing, the landing page says another, and nobody follows up fast enough to matter.
Traffic lands somewhere that never repeats the offer that earned the click, so the click is paid for twice and converted once.
One tired ad set carries the account. Frequency climbs, cost per lead climbs with it, and everyone blames the algorithm.
The average buyer contacts three businesses. The one that replies first usually wins, and it is rarely the one still checking email at 6pm.
Most brands stitch together a media buyer, a designer, an editor and a developer who never speak to each other. We put them on the same brief, so the ad, the page and the follow-up all tell one story.
Facebook and Instagram built for profit, not for engagement screenshots.
Search, Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube, managed down to the search term.
Ad creative and brand assets that look like they belong to a real company.
Short-form paced for the first two seconds and captioned for sound-off.
Builds that catch every lead and keep working after the ad is switched off.
Assistants that answer, qualify and book while your team is asleep.
Nothing here is magic. Fixing tracking, shipping creative weekly and answering leads in minutes moves the same three numbers on every account we touch.
Chaal means a calculated move. Nothing goes live until we know what it is meant to prove and what we do with the answer.
Week one. We audit the account, the funnel and the creative, then agree the numbers that matter: cost per lead, cost per sale, and the margin you need to hit. You get the audit whether or not you hire us.
Weeks two to six. Tracking is fixed first, then campaigns and funnels go live inside a structured test plan. Creative ships weekly, so we are always learning from fresh angles instead of one tired ad.
Ongoing. Winners get scaled, losers get cut, and automation picks up the leads your team cannot reach fast enough. A plain-English report every week and a call every month.
Every option below works for somebody. Here is where each one tends to break, so you can pick with your eyes open.
| DigitalChaal | Big agency | Freelancers | Hiring in-house | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly cost | Mid | High, plus setup fees | Low each, adds up fast | Salary plus tools |
| Who runs your account | The person you spoke to | A junior you never met | Whoever is free | One generalist |
| Ads, creative and funnel joined up | Yes, one brief | Separate departments | You project manage it | Rarely all three skills |
| Time to first campaign | About two weeks | Six to eight weeks | Depends on their queue | Two to three months |
| Account ownership | Yours, always | Often theirs | Scattered | Yours |
| If it is not working | 30 days' notice | 6 to 12 month contract | Start the search again | A difficult conversation |
You should not have to chase an agency for a report, or explain your own funnel back to the person running it. We keep the team small, the reporting honest and the response time short.
The media buyer, designer, editor and developer work from the same brief and the same numbers.
We fix pixels, conversions and attribution first. Reporting on broken data is how budgets quietly disappear.
Overlapping cover for US and UK time zones, so approvals and fixes do not wait a day.
Ad accounts, pixels, funnels, creative files and CRM stay in your name. Leaving is never held over you.
We would rather say so now than three months in. Read both columns before you book a call.
Retainers are monthly and cancel with 30 days' notice. Ad spend is paid directly by you, never through us. Prices below are starting points; the audit tells us the real scope.
One channel, done properly.
Paid media plus the creative to feed it.
Your whole marketing function, outsourced.
Not sure which one? Book the audit and we will tell you the smallest thing that would move your numbers.
Add a real client quote here. The most useful ones name the problem before, the change made, and the number that moved.
Ask for these at the end of month two, while the change is still fresh. A voice note is easier for them than writing, and you can transcribe it.
Three specific quotes beat ten vague ones. Keep them short enough to read in a single glance on a phone.
Most of our work is with clients in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. We keep overlapping hours with both US and UK business days, and everything from onboarding to reporting runs in English on whichever channel you prefer.
Around $1,500 a month is where paid media starts producing data quickly enough to optimise. Below that we would usually start with the funnel, creative and follow-up automation instead, so the leads you already get are converted properly before you buy more.
You do. Ad accounts, business managers, pixels, funnels, CRM data and source files are created in your name or handed over in full. We ask for access, not ownership.
Tracking and creative usually ship in the first two weeks. Meaningful performance data takes three to four weeks, and a clear trend takes six to eight. Anyone promising profit in week one is describing luck, not a process.
Yes. Plenty of clients start with only video editing or only a funnel build. The other services are there when you want them, not bundled in by default.
We review your ad accounts, funnel and recent creative, then walk you through what we would change and in what order, on a 30-minute call. You keep the notes whether or not you work with us.
You should not, on the first call. Judge us on the audit instead. It is free, it is specific to your account, and it will tell you more about how we think than any promise on this page. Everything after that runs on 30 days' notice, so the work has to keep earning its place.
Thirty minutes, no pitch deck, no obligation. You will leave knowing the three things worth fixing first, in the order we would fix them.
Send your website and what you are spending now. You will get a reply from a person, usually the same working day.
